Condition observed on or about 07/17/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Lot 11.01, Block 4.04, 8 Amber Drive, Robbinsville NJ: Company employees, not supplied with any fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 14 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below when performing framing and other carpentry related activities less than six feet from unguarded edges of a residential structure's upper floor. Condition observed on or about 07/17/14.
