On or about July 22, 2014, supplier establishment, the employer did not comply with general requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 for hazardous chemicals including but not limited to chromium (VI) present in paint and primer spray operations and anodize operations. Employees conduct paint and primer and anodize process reviews which expose employees to hazardous chemicals.
