Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  Jobsite located at 485 Hartford Pike, Route 101, Dayville, Connecticut:  On, or about, July 18, 2014, neither fall protection systems nor personal fall arrest/restraint equipment had been provided to employees engaged in roofing work.  Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately twenty feet, one inch to the ground below.
