29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) For employees working in the maintenance shop at 900 Beckett Way, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 as observed on or about 09-04-2014 no training was conducted on the chemicals being used, such as but not limited to, DAP fireblock foam, Dynaflex 230, Glidden ceiling paint, Great stuff pro foam sealant, DAP wallboard joint compound, LG-white lithium grease, Klean strip adhesive remover, Klean strip paint thinner, and Klean strip premium sprayable stripper. Main ingredients to these chemicals included, such as but not limited to, 4,4-Methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, sodium aluminosilicate, titanium dioxide, and 2-propenoic acid, butyl ester, polymer with ethenyl acetate.
