29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)Ramos Roofing, Redwood Street and Conifer Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before July 18th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls, in that, two employees were sheathing the roof of a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard above 6 feet.
