Seneca Street, Ravenna, NE: The general contractor is failing to ensure that it's subcontractor employees are protected from fall hazards while performing flat roofing repair. Subcontractor employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10.2 feet from the roof to the ground below. The subcontractor employer failed to implement any of the approved methods to protect employees exposed to this fall hazard.
