29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1):   The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:  a)  Route 7 Wittpenn Bridge, At the level of the QuickDeck platform on the Southside  Employees were exposed to falls of 35 feet to the water below as the top rails of the 2 guardrail systems were not 42 inches plus or minus 3 inches above the walking/working level.  Violation observed on or about 07/16/2014.
