29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location, 2260 Fayhill, Cincinnati, OH. On or about July 18, 2014, two employees were observed roofing a residential structure while not using adequate fall protection systems. Potential fall height was measured to be 17'-3" with a roof pitch of 4/12.
