29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) Warehouse, Mezzanine Level near Doors 137 and 138 - Three employees worked standing in the butterfly chutes to paint some angle.  These three employees did not use any fall protection systems, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling 17 feet to the concrete floor below, on or about July 18, 2014.  Corrected during the inspection.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
