OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about 7/18/14 - at the North East end of Building 400, employees working on top of a Stryker vehicle in Phase 2 where not protected from falling about 7-feet, 7-inches at the remote weapon station (RWS) and 5-feet, 7-inches at the front hatches.
