The following double duplex receptacle and junction boxes designed to be mounted were used as pendant boxes. These boxes energized equipment such as: a) Micro Grinder/Buffer - a junction box was used to energize the foot pedal. b) Cutting Dept. - a double duplex receptacle energized a stand fan and a guillotine. c) Conversion Dept. - two (2) sheeter machines were energized by double duplex receptacle boxes.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Horizontal Coater Area: A flexible extension cord was used to energize the equipment such as a bench grinder and a computer station, table fan and radio. The extension cord was energized by a receptacle mounted on the coater machine and ran overhead to a storage rack and was attached along the frame of the rack.
