29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about July 1, 2014, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.
