29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) On or about July 18, 2014, for the Bolt Roofing employee and employees of a subcontractor who were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet, 9.25 inches, while shingling an 8X12 pitch roof at 222 Curtis Street, Rapid City, South Dakota.
