29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) The dock: Employees driving forklifts and working on the dock are exposed to slip hazards due to the dirt, oil and grease that was covering the floor. Employees are also exposed to trip hazards due to the holes in the dock floor. b) The oil trailer: Employees entering the oil storage trailer are exposed to slip hazards due to the motor oil that is spilled on the floor.
