Main St. Bryan, OH:  The employer failed to ensure that an employee utilizing a Skyjack model SJ4626 work platform during painting work was operating the unit on a surface that was free of abrupt elevation changes. The employee working from the mobile scaffolding unit in this condition was exposed to falls/overturning hazards.
