29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Majestic Roofing & Construction, LLC at 4657 N. Andes Way, Denver, CO 80249: On and before July 19th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling a two-story residential roof with a 5 on 12 pitch. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 18 feet.
