29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  In the truck repair garage, on the north wall, near the dock door, the conductors for the six(6) lights switches were not covered. The employee turns on and off the switches at the beginning and the end the day.

29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level:(a) (LOCATION)(IDENTIFY JOB TITLE, SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITION(S)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY)  In the truck repair shop, where the employee conducted full repair service of hauling trucks with potential exposure to lead, the employer did not make assessment of the work area to determine for airborn lead dust.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  In the service garage, surfaces such as but not limited to lunch table, microwave handle, refrigerator handle and truck steering wheels that potentially were contaminated with lead dust, were not cleaned up.
