On the inside of the side door adjacent to the desk. b. On the inside of the large rolling door on the left. Orange Grove Cooperative Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316032028, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 106 East Soyars Ave. Orange Grove, Texas 78372.
