29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    At this workplace, in the Feed Warehouse, the employer provided fire extinguishers but were not mounted, such as  but not limited to the following:      a. On the inside of the side door adjacent to the desk.      b. On the inside of the large rolling door on the left.  Orange Grove Cooperative Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316032028, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 106 East Soyars Ave. Orange Grove, Texas 78372.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check.    At this workplace, in the Feed Warehouse, the fire extinguishers had not been inspected annually and showed the last inspection as November 2011, such as  but not limited to the following:      a. On the inside of the side door adjacent to the desk.      b. On the inside of the large rolling door on the left.  Orange Grove Cooperative Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316032028, citation number 2 item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 106 East Soyars Ave. Orange Grove, Texas 78372.
