29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    Location: 777 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06510:    a) The exit door in the receiver's room was blocked by material such as (but not limited to) boxes and a cart, and the same door was blocked on the outside by a tire.    b) The hallway behind the kitchen which led to the closest exit door was blocked by material such as (but not limited to) trash cans which decreased the exit route width to approximately 23 inches.
