Outside: Westwall Building 4120:   On or about June 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the Furnes electrical panel 3 phase starter faceplate was not effectively closed.  The panel provides power to the compressor was unsecured which exposed workers using the compressor to electrical hazards.
