29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. LUNCHEON AREA: On or about July 18, 2014 the employer did not ensure that a receptacle was equipped with a GFCI where the potential of a water leak was feasible. This condition exposed the employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
