29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust: a) Storage Room, the floor contained a tile covering which contained asbestos (8% chrysotile asbestos) , and debris was noted which was subject to damage and spread by foot traffic, on or about July 23, 2014. b) Storage Room, in the northern, central part of the room, a stack of discarded ACM floor tiles (8% chrysotile asbestos) which had been removed in the past, was stored outside of a container against the wall and was subject to possible damage and spread, on or about July 23, 2014. c) Storage Room, overhead hot water plumbing components in the northern central part of the room had severely damaged outer insulation which exposed the crumbling asbestos inner material (10% chrysotile asbestos & 10% amosite asbestos) to possible damage and spread, on or about July 23, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
