29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.   a)  18-22 Grace Drive, Evesham, NJ: On or about 7/21/2014, Ryan Homes, NJ South, was the controlling employer on a jobsite and did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such, two SBN Construction Inc. employees conducting framing work with out fall protection were observed exposed to fall hazards of between 8 and 18 feet.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
