29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed.  On or about 21 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, a knockout disc on an energized 20 Amp two-plug outlet box was missing, exposing employees using the outlet to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts.

29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent).  On or about 21 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, an employee accessed the top of a container to clean off debris without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 6 inches to the ground below on a daily basis.  Mobile Mini Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 928506, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Rock Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34945.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts was less than indicated in Table S-1, or 36 inches for 600 volts, nominal, or less. Distances shall be measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed.  On or about 21 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, a large corrugated box of paper towels was stored directly in front of a breaker panel that controls the circuits for the administrative area of the building, exposing employees who access the panel to a slip, trip or fall hazard.
