29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    On or about 23 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, electric pallet jack operators were required to add distilled water to the batteries where an eye wash and shower were not present, exposing the employees to the hazards associated with the contact of corrosive acid from the batteries.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures.    On or about 23 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, an eye wash and shower station was located adjacent to forklift battery chargers and disconnect switches without means to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the chargers and switches, exposing employees using the chargers to an electrical hazard of approximately 208/240/480 volts, 3 phase, or to an electrical fire.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.   On or about 23 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, within the conference room, four re-locatable power taps were plugged into each other to form one line to provide power for laptops and other electrical devices during meetings, exposing the employees to a fire hazard from the circuits overheating and catching fire.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:     On or about 23 July 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed materials to be stored directly in front of or underneath breaker panels, knife switches, and a transformer, blocking the safe and ready access, exposing employees to an electrical hazard and a fire hazard.   1) Breaker panel blocked by a shop vacuum, mop, banding cart, and display near the dock doors along the east wall of the warehouse. The shop vacuum and mop were stored underneath, while the banding cart and display were stored in front of blocking safe and ready access.  2) Three knife switches for the forklift chargers blocked by two pallets of product, an eye wash and shower station, and two chargers stacked located along the north wall of the warehouse.   3) Four knife switches for the pallet jack chargers blocked by the chargers on a pallet rack located near the Repack room.   4) Two breaker panels and a transformer blocked by tables, chairs, and banker boxes that were stored underneath or in front of the units located inside the Security room.     Keg 1 LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 882963, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/19/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3834 Promontory Point Drive, Austin, TX 78744.
