29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that periodic inspections of the energy control procedure were conducted at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. This violation occurred on or about July 22, 2014 and at times prior thereto, where employees are required to perform routine maintenance and/or repair on machinery and equipment including, but not limited to iron workers and band saws.
