29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) CNC Toolmex Lathe area: A relocatable power tap (RPT) was in use near the machine and attached with cable ties to a pole. (b) Nakamura SL1 Lathe area: A four outlet power bow with knock-outs was used as a hanging pendant and not attached to a fixed mounting location. F.H. Peterson Machine Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 487478, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 143 South Street, Stoughton, MA.
