29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(1): The requirements in paragraph (a)(2) of this section apply where there are accessible areas in which the equipment's rotating superstructure (whether permanently or temporarily mounted) poses a reasonably foreseeable risk of striking and injuring an employee: On or about July 24, 2014, employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when the plastic barricade did not extend passed the radius of the rotating superstructure, while employee was walking by the crane's superstructure.
