Crossbraces were used as a means of access. Jobsite: 101 Merrimac Street, Boston, MA The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of nine feet to the concrete sidewalk below while climbing the end frames and cross bracing of a Safway metal frame scaffold for access to platform and suspension scaffold.
