29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about July 24, 2014, A-1 Roofing, as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Catarino Olivas Garcia, subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). A-1 Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107205, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 134 S. Knox Ct. in Denver, Colorado.
