29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a)  For inspection number 986548, the employer J &C Renovations, did not provide the certification of corrective action worksheet for Citation 1 Item 1 which was due 9/8/14.  The citation is for failing to provide eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.    b)  For inspection number 986548, the employer J &C Renovations, did not provide the certification of corrective action worksheet and related abatement documentation for Citation 1 Item 2 which was due 9/8/14.  The citation is for failing to provide fall protection for employees working at approximately 20' above ground level.
