29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: At a jobsite in Aurora, Illinois employees working on a flat commercial roof approximately 19 feet above grade unloading materials from a mobile crane were not using guardrails. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
