29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969) and (NFPA No. 58A-2013), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: (a) At Waste Corporation America on or about July 24, 2014 storage tanks for liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not so located and protected such that the tanks could not be struck and dislocated or penetrated due to the movement of material handling equipment.
