29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 5605 Wynnburne Dr., Cincinnati, OH. On or about July 25, 2014, employees were observed installing a ridge cap and gutter guards on a residential structure while not using adequate fall protection systems. Potential fall height was measured to be 9'-7" with a roof pitch of 8/12.
