29 CFR 1926.152(g)(9): Conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were not posted in service and refueling areas: (a) Jobsite: On or about July 22, 2014, there was no "No Smoking" sign at the 500 gallon diesel fuel storage tank. The diesel fuel storage tank was approximately half full. The Liokareas Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.152(g)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936077, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1352 Hargas Creek Road, Waynesburg, PA.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: (a) Jobsite: On or about July 22, 2014, the 500 gallon diesel fuel tank was not labeled, tagged nor marked with "Diesel Fuel". There were no labels, tags nor markings on this tank. The Liokareas Construction Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.1200(f)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936077, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Waynesburg, PA.
