29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Located along various areas of the residential garage perimeter exterior stud wall top plate employees were observed performing truss erection associated work activities without conventional fall protection or equivalent and were exposed to unprotected side or edge perimeter exterior stud wall top plates fall hazards of 10 7 . Yuqui & Sons Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 782865, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/22/2013, with respect to the workplace located at 1673 South Branch, Centerville, OH 45403.
