29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a) On or about July 17, 2014, for employees exposed to falls of approximately 17.5 feet while framing a residential construction project located near the intersection of Bengal Drive and Eli Drive in Rapid City, South Dakota.
