29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space provided about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage: a/ Kenco/Avenel, NJ Site: Warehouse Electrical Room. Main electrical equipment (panels, breakers, junction boxes) rated 480 Volts/3 Phase were not free of storage in that, the room was used for storage - including but not limited to a large BBQ grill, an A-frame ladder and boxes. Observed on/or about 07/25/2014.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2): Employees were not provided information and training on the new 2012 Hazard Communication Global Harmonizing System: a/ Kenco/Avenel, NJ Site: Warehouse. Training was not provided to employees on the new chemical Data Sheets and Labeling - effective December 1, 2013. Chemicals include but not limited to Propane Gas and Drywall panels. Observed on/or about 07/25/2014.
