1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: a. On or about 30 July 2014 at Department of Commerce, it was observed that the women's restroom adjacent to the cafeteria was not being maintained in a clean manner. Specifically there was mold forming on the walls and floors, the toilet stall walls were covered with grime and old mildew, and there were signs of feces on the floor that had not been cleaned.
