29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) Material Storage Area East of Job Trailers - The tank for storing diesel used to fuel equipment, such as the Pettibone and backhoe, did not have protection against collision damage from vehicles that operated in the area to get stored materials, exposing employees to the hazard of fire, on or about July 25, 2014. Corrected during the inspection. No abatement certification or documentation required.
