When such hazards were present, or likely to be present, the employer did not select and have each affected employee use the personal protective equipment: (a) Pennsy Supply, Inc. - The employer did not assess the loading of bags of Rheomac 300D into the hopper of the trucks to determine what personal protective equipment was necessary to protect employees from the hazards of the product, on or about July 29, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
