29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not use work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of prompt clean-up and disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos, in leak-tight containers: a) Storage Closet - On or about 7/29/14, debris was found in the area following an asbestos survey which was conducted on 7/24/14. The asbestos survey involved taking samples of thermal system insulation. Debris left in the area was found to be 15% chrysotile asbestos. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
