29 CFR 1910.305(f): All conductors used for general wiring were not insulated: a) Loading Conveyors - Employees used conveyors where the outer insulation on the control wires to the emergency stop buttons had been pulled back from the connection to the button box exposing the inner insulated wires, observed on or about 7-29-14. Corrected during inspection.
