29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 13 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about July 24, 2014, at a large apartment construction site, employees were exposed to falls more than 10 feet while working on a scaffold that did not have guardrails or other fall protection devices. Salamanca Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313684755, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2009, with a final abatement date of December 9, 2009, with respect to a workplace hazard at 7845 S. Union Ave. Tulsa, OK 74132.
