29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. On or about July 29, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure employees, who work on and around lead contaminated work surfaces in the shooting range lobby, participated in training that consisted of providing the standard and appendices A and B.
