Lake Drive, Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin jobsite, an employee was performing residential roofing activities (e.g. laying down roofing felt) without being protected from falling to the lower level because his lanyard was not attached to his harness. Emery's Roofing and Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98099, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/31/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 7380 Imperial Drive, Franklin, WI 53132. Emery's Roofing and Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313523284, citation number 1, item number 6A and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 11639 W. Watertown Plank Road, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin 53226
