29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees performing a residential roofing job at 3613 SE 30th Terrace in Topeka, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet 2 inches at the lowest eave to more than 23 feet at the roof's peak. The employees were working on the 8x12 pitch roof with no fall protection in place.
