29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 1083 Route 206 North, Bordentown NJ Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from a Skyjack articulated boom lift, from the elevated manlift basket, without any fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/17/14.
