29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- Route 206 & East Park Street, ConRail Bridge, Bordentown NJ  A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when operating a JLG articulated boom lift, from the elevated manlift basket without any fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 07/29/14.
