29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  (a) Building 5316 - Workers were observed conducting framing work and their working areas and passageways were heavily cluttered with debris some which contained protruding nails, on or about July 31, 2014.  (b) Building 5314 - Workers were observed conducting framing work and their working areas and passageways were heavily cluttered with debris some which contained protruding nails, on or about July 31, 2014.  (c) Building 5312 - Workers were observed conducting framing work and their working areas and passageways were heavily cluttered with debris some which contained protruding nails, on or about July 31, 2014.  (d) Building 5310 - Workers were observed conducting framing work and their working areas and passageways were heavily cluttered with debris some of which contained protruding nails and one portion had two protruding metal pipes sticking up creating an impalement hazard, on or about July 31, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

(b)  Building 5316 3rd Floor to 1st floor - Workers were conducting framing work and were exposed to a 20 feet 10 inches fall hazard through a floor opening, without using fall protection, on or about July 31,2014.   (c)  Building 5316 2nd Floor to 1st floor - Workers were conducting framing work and were exposed to a 10 feet 5 inches fall hazard through a floor opening without using fall protection, on or about July 31,2014.   (d)  Buildings 5310 - 5316 - Workers were conducting framing work without using fall protection in areas that had unguarded window openings with ledges that were 2 feet above the floor and were exposed to a 13 feet 3 inches to a 22 feet 11 inches fall hazard, on or about July 31, 2014.   (e)  Building 5310 3rd Floor- Workers were conducting framing work in an area that had an unguarded stairway opening and were exposed to a 10 feet 5 inches fall hazard without using fall protection, on or about July 31,2014.
